Exchange & Return Policy

In-Store Purchases

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Sale items can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Bring the item and your receipt to our store, and our team will assist you with the exchange on the spot.
• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Online Purchases

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Sale items can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Online Exchange Procedure:

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92-302-6262666 with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Our team will share the return process.
3. Send the item back to us (courier details will be shared) —and share the courier receipt.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
5. You’ll be notified once your replacement is dispatched, along with a new tracking number.

No Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as a store credit voucher, which must be used within 30 days of issue.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Defects

If you receive a defective item, notify us within 3 days of delivery/purchase via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the defect. Verified defects will be resolved with a repair, replacement, or voucher at our discretion. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Color Disclaimer

Slight color or texture variation may occur due to screen display or lighting differences — this is not considered a defect.
